OBJECTIVE
As a cool IT professional with extensive experience in system development, I was the team lead and the system architect, I have been solving business problems through information technology for many years.
I have experience of managing a team of 11 people. My responsibilities included: creating the IT-strategy as a part of the bank's business strategy, support, and development of services, information security.
Despite my position as CIO, I have always been writing a code and improving my level as a developer. I constantly strive to learn new technologies and look for ways to master my skills in our rapidly changing industry. I'm interested in introducing new features or proposing new services for users.
Now I'm open for a interesting remote job (relocation is also possible) in a cool team in complex projects with advanced processes as a Ruby backend developer.

As a team leader, system architect, and developer, I have created an IT system for an average local bank since 1993. It was based on Foxpro / DOS. After the growth of the bank’s business, we rewrote this system in MSSQL, *.Net, Visual Basic, WinForms.
I was the main developer of a online banking system that has been operating since 2000 and serves up to 1,000 clients per day.
As the head of the IT department, I develop the IT strategy of our bank, improve the bank`s business processes, I'm the owner of ITSM / ITIL processes. I manage development, support, and security teams of 11 people.
As a developer, I have created own system for describing business processes and their roles, goals, resources (Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL), which is used by all our employees. This is an open-source project and it is hosted on GitHub.
My latest projects as a developer are the API-backend for the personal cabinets of bank customers (Ruby on Rails, Nginx, PostgreSQL, JWT) and a local web application for managing access to the personal cabinets (Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Bulma CSS sidekiq).
But in recent years, I stopped finding any interesting challenges in a previous company and decided to reload my career. I want to progress by mastering the most modern technologies.
